1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadBus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadBus provides lead management, routing, and processing services. We act as a data processor for the leads you submit.

3. Compliance & Anti-Spam (TCPA/GDPR)

You strictly agree that:

  • You are the sole "initiator" of any messages sent via the Service.
  • You represent and warrant that all leads submitted to the Service have provided express written consent to be contacted, compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.
  • You will not use the Service to send unsolicted messages (spam).
  • LeadBus reserves the right to suspend any account with a high opt-out rate (>3%) or spam complaints.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadBus and its officers from any claims, damages, or lawsuits (including TCPA class actions) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

5. Credits & Refund Policy

Services are purchased via pre-paid credits. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadBus be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (especially regarding Spam/consent).
