Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by LeadBus.
How to Submit a Request
To ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized deletions, we require requests to be submitted via email from the address associated with the data.
Request Instructions
- Send an email to privacy@leadbus.app.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your full name and the phone number or email address you wish to have removed.
- We may reply to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Happens Next?
- Verification: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and may ask for proof of identity.
- Processing: Upon verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize your data from our active systems within 30 days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email once the erasure is complete.
Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., for tax/audit purposes) or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention indemnity records), as permitted by GDPR/CCPA.
